New player sprite and stage timer


Added a new timer to the stages to track how long you've survived, with enemies spawning in waves based on the timer. Right now the enemy spawning's pretty broken because every wave has to be manually specified (enemy, seconds to spawn) without any mechanism to repeat spawns every X seconds.

Changed the player sprite to a cloaked person who I feel might better present the protagonist for now.
